Susan M. Lattanzi, PT

Susan Lattanzi received her Physical Therapy Degree in 1976 from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions. Following graduation, she worked at Mt. Auburn Hospital, first as a staff physical therapist and then as Supervisor of Ambulatory Physical Therapy. While at Mt. Auburn, she developed her interests and skills in orthopedics and spinal care, studying with leading authorities in this area. She initiated and developed a Back School program, focusing on injury prevention and patient education.

In 1983, Susan started her private practice where she continued her interests in the treatment of spinal disorders, as well as general orthopedics. In addition, she has a very special interest in the treatment of patients with Multiple Sclerosis.

Susan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the APTA. She is also a member of the Orthopedic and Sports Section as well as the Private Practice Section of the APTA.

Susan is married with two sons. In her free time she enjoys photography, gardening, and kayaking.

 

Catherine Walls, PT, DPT, OCS

Catherine Walls received her Physical Therapy Degree from Russell Sage College in New York and her Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Catherine completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Simmons College in Boston.

An APTA certified orthopedic specialist, Cathy has extensive experience treating orthopedic injuries and conditions. She has worked with patients of all ages, from adolescents and young adults looking to return to activities and sports, all the way to seniors looking to return to full activity. Her work is an invaluable asset to the practice.

In addition to working in a variety of health care settings, Cathy also taught in the Physical Therapy Assistant Programs at Fisher College and Lasell College.

Cathy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the APTA as well as a member of the Sports Section of the APTA.

Cathy is a great admirer and student of American History and enjoys summers with her family on the coast of Maine.

 

Olga Kohlman, PT, DPT

Olga Mezhebovsky received her Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She graduated from Brandeis University with a double major in biology and health policy. Prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy, she taught High School Biology as a Teach for America Corp member in Washington, DC. 

Olga has obtained her certification in pelvic floor physical therapy from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute which influences her treatment of spine, hip and sacroiliac conditions. She has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, pelvic health, neurological critical care, as well as school based pediatric physical therapy. 

Olga is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the APTA. 

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys teaching and taking yoga classes, cooking pescatarian dishes, and spending time finding local coffee shops and bakeries. 

 

Rose McConnel, Office Manager

Rose McConnell has been an integral member of Mt Auburn Physical Therapy Associates for 30 years, serving as Office Manager and Billing Administrator.

She has vast experience navigating the maze of insurance coverage and is a great resource to our patients in understanding their physical therapy benefit.

Rose is married with 3 sons.  In her free time she enjoys exercise and spending time with her 2 grandsons.
